This is the entry point and for many it is the most important work they will ever do. Chair-Based Movement and Rehabilitation is designed for seniors whose bodies need a safe, supported environment to begin rebuilding strength, mobility, and neurological organization.

Every exercise is performed from a seated position. This is not a limitation. It is a precise choice. Removing the demands of standing allows us to focus entirely on reactivating the right muscles, reorganizing the nervous system, and rebuilding the connective tissue foundation that everything else depends on.

William brings 40 years of expertise to every session, correcting, adapting, and progressing each participant individually even within the group setting.

Who This Is For
Every condition. Every starting point.
Limited Mobility
Reduced range of motion, stiff joints, difficulty with everyday movements. We begin exactly where you are and build from there. No rushing, no forcing.
Balance and Fall Risk
Unsteady gait, fear of falling, severe balance disorders. The seated format eliminates fall risk while we rebuild the neurological and muscular systems that create stability.
Neurological Conditions
Post-stroke, Parkinson's, nerve damage, coordination difficulties. Gentle, precise neurological reactivation, working with the nervous system, never against it.
Post-Surgical Recovery
Hip or knee replacement, spinal surgery, cardiac procedures. A safe re-entry into movement, progressive, monitored, and adapted to your surgical history.
Severe Arthritis
Chronic joint pain and inflammation that makes standing exercise difficult. Seated work reduces load while maintaining and improving joint health.
Post-Cancer Recovery
Rebuilding strength and body awareness after treatment. Gentle, deeply respectful of what the body has been through and focused on what it can become.
