About the Class
Not an exercise class.
A specialist program.

This is not a generic fitness class for older adults. It is a precisely designed weekly program that draws on the principles of classical ballet, biomechanics, connective tissue rehabilitation, and neurological reactivation — adapted for the senior body with care, patience, and genuine expertise.

William Agliata has spent over 40 years studying how the human body moves, heals, and strengthens. He has worked with polio survivors, post-cancer patients, post-surgical cases, and adults of all ages seeking to move better and live more fully. This class brings that same depth of knowledge to a weekly, accessible format — online and in-person.

Whether you are dealing with balance issues, joint pain, post-surgical recovery, reduced mobility, or simply want to feel stronger and more confident in your body — this program was built for you.

Who This Is For
Designed for the senior body — in every condition.
🦴
Joint & Mobility Issues
Arthritis, stiff joints, reduced range of motion. We work gently and precisely to restore what the body has been losing.
⚖️
Balance & Stability
Fear of falling, unsteady gait, loss of coordination. Ballet's foundational principles are the most effective tools for rebuilding balance.
💪
Strength & Posture
Muscle loss, postural collapse, back pain. We rebuild from the inside out — the deep stabilizing muscles most programs ignore.
🎗️
Post-Cancer Recovery
Rebuilding body confidence, strength, and mobility after treatment. Gentle, progressive, and deeply respectful of what the body has been through.
🧠
Neurological Conditions
Balance disorders, coordination difficulties, neurological side effects from illness or injury. Movement as medicine.
No Experience Needed
You do not need a dance background. You need a body and the desire to use it better. All levels welcome.
What You Get
Every session is purposeful.

Each weekly class is structured around the real needs of the senior body — not a generic routine, but a progressive, intelligent program that builds week by week.
